These Terms of Service govern your use of the VENTO online store (https://www.techtoolshop.us) and any purchase you make on it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Each order is governed by the version in force at the time it is placed.
Who we are
The store is operated by Group ByTech, Barrio Barandillas, San Pedro Sula 21103, Honduras. Email: support@techtoolshop.us.
The store runs on Shopify, but the sale is made directly between you and us; Shopify is not a party to the contract.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), provide accurate information and keep your account secure if you create one. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.
Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, although colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales taxes, if applicable, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility. If there is an obvious pricing error, we'll let you know and you may continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
You add products to your cart, enter your shipping and payment details and confirm your purchase. You can review and correct your information before paying. We'll then email you an order confirmation. If a product goes out of stock or we detect possible fraud, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely when you place the order; we never store your card details.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, costs and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to you or to the person you designate.
Returns and warranty
You can return products as described in our Refund Policy. Our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. We are the seller and are responsible to you even when a product is shipped directly by our supplier.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of the store belong to Group ByTech or its licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission. Shopify's trademarks belong to Shopify.
Use of the store
You may not use the store for illegal or fraudulent purposes, introduce viruses, scrape data in bulk or access it with automated tools that don't identify themselves. Reviews you post must be truthful and respectful; we may remove unlawful or offensive content. If you breach these terms, we may block your access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the store or the products, delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or the content of third-party websites or tools linked from the store. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; changes apply only to orders placed after they are published.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. If you have a problem, please email us at support@techtoolshop.us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
